Hi all

I am highly recommending “Sweet Pea & Betty” Boutique in Falmouth. This year one of my goals was to become more creative in the home. I met Mary Gander over 8 years ago when first coming to Cornwall and Mary was working within Complementary Therapies and then decided to open her own boutique. A lady who has followed her heart and opened an amazing business with her Sister.

After attending one of the “Sweet Pea & Betty” Workshops in October I have transformed furniture and rooms within my home with the Annie Sloane chalk paints and truly inspired by ideas from Mary and her team. Within the workshop we also learned different painting techniques and played with so much colour and ideas. The workshop gives you the confidence and opportunity to explore ideas and to inject creativity within the home and old furniture. The boutique is truly inspirational with a range of antiques, furniture, fabrics, soft furnishings and Spiezia Organics !

I attended the workshop with Mary and Val on 6.3.12 and wanted to write and say what an amazing day I had.

It was great fun, with wonderfully friendly people in a lovely setting and under Mary’s patient guidance I came away with a beautifully painted and transformed bedside cabinet which I am absolutely delighted with.

I have learnt a new skill and feel confident and inspired to tackle new projects as well as knowing that I can contact you at any time if I need any help and advice. Thank you so much !
